This always happens to me!
I most of the time miss a call...the worst part is, when we do have a clue who just called us? Do we just give a call back outright? Or do we wait for that number to call us back? After all, if it was too important, they would call us back, right?
BUT, what if it was something else?!
Do we just stare at the number rocking our heads trying to guess who tried to call us?
Guess no more! I found a website that allows us to check on a number and get some information about it. Yea right, stop trying to decipher which state and city and caller is from...just log on to Reverse Phone Registry and you get the information you need to know about the number!
It really works...you may want to try yourself! ;)

Missed A Call?
Eid Mubarak!!!
Greetings of peace and happiness to the Muslim community!
To those who may not be familiar with it, today marks the end of Ramadaan. Eid is an Arabic word for festivity...and Fitr means to break the fast, Eid ul-Fitr means end of fasting month. I may not be so accurate in explaining it but this is what I gather with my Muslim friends.
I'm happy that the government declared this day as a holiday and that we have included Muslim festivities in our calendar of holidays...
Once again...Eid Mubarak!

So Much To Do...
...so little time!
I wanted to do Fun Monday, failed.
I wanted to do Manic Monday, failed.
I wanted to do Music Monday, failed.
Duh?!
Anyway, there are other things I wanted to blog about...but can't seem to find time to do...so this is going to be quick...since I'm at work now.

Weekend was so short...but they say, if it's too short, it means it was fun! Ha, I so hope that's what it means all the time.
Anyway, Saturday I went to the mall with IT Guy...and I bought this really nice mini-skirt! LOL Gezzz...friends of Tribal Wars should laugh, because though the skirt has nothing to do with tribal wars, at the back of it, says "princess", guess what I am Princess Mariposa in our tribe...LOL But IT Guy says it's too short...yet, well, he like the "princess" thingy there, so there, I got it!
I was supposed to have dinner with other members of management Sautrday evening...then, I overslept, so I missed it! Pffft! Oh well...
I got up early mornig the next day...went jogging, then malling again! Well, I did the grocery...then lunch with IT Guy. And he saw this really nice shoes...a Cinderella-like slipper...so he bought for me! WooT! I should snap photos of it soon...
Then, we had our salon thingy...and massage. Then, party! I ended my Sunday with 10 shots of tequila...I wonder if that's what made it short, eh?!

Friends are Gifts!
It's Thursday once again...another reminder of what a wonderful week it's been!
I missed both Thankful Thursday and Thursday Thirteen last week so I am making sure I don't miss this week...
So many 13 ideas in mind...but for this week, I am making a pause making sure I get to appreciate all the blessing I've been receiving for the past 29 years of my life.
God is good...all the time!
Below are just some of the wonderful things He graced me with for the past weeks...
(1) Somebody sent me a red dress for my birthday! Remember that birthday wish list I did? Yup, I got it...one of the bloggers sent it to me! Thanks very much Sage! And I know somebody helped him with that...so a big thank you to Smiley as well!
(2) An old friend whom I met and had a chance to get to know well is back...I mean, we do chat again...and it just feels good to be in touch with good friends! He always gives me a difference perspective...and I really admire him as a person. I am not to name names here...but JMD, if you happen to flutter by here...please know how much your friendship means to me.
(3) I had dinner with IT Guys friends Saturday evening, and I'd say, I really love his new set of friends at work...I mean his workplace...LOL They are very nice...very humble...and I really feel their sincerity. More than anything, I am so grateful for the friendship they give to the IT Guy, as there are times, I can't be that to him...
(4) Imagine opening your mailbox and seeing something like this --

Will it not make you stop and smile? It made me...and I'm blessed to have this friend with me...we this kind of tug of war relationship...but at the end of the day...we know we are friends and that we are there for each other. Hey, YOU, if you read this...thanks for the 'Ku...so so lovely...now buy that Coastal Scents and send it to me so you get another special mention! LOL
(5) Id like to thank fo0sies for all the premium points he passed me in my Tribal Wars account...not only that, he also put order in the mess, he had arranged my villages so well! Thanks sweetheart! LOL
(6) Still on fo0sies, he promised to make me a menu! Yup, he is a chef and he told me he will make a menu and will name it Mariposa...how cool! I am so excited! What a friend...
(7) Sir Flash who had been patient in answering all my questions...including the nonsense ones! He also had been my virtual tech support every time I have issues with my pc and the IT Guy is not around.
(8) I'd like to thank Nancie for always being there for me...and for continually holding me in her prayers!
(9) Oh Jan...bless you for sending me wonderful messages...they always make me smile.
(10) To Susan, thanks for always remembering me and visiting me here. You have opened my eyes to a lot of things...you inspire me.

Happy Birthday Yummy!!!
I've been away from here again...in as much as I want to be in control of things...sometimes, I just feels like it's not me behind the wheels!
Anyway, the past days has been both horrific and euphoric...but the nice thing is, I made it through...well...come to think of it, I always do! *wink
Yesterday was the IT Guy's birthday! So I took a leave from work and we had our escapade! And well, shopping again!!!
I've been shopping a lot the past days...but yesterday was my love's birthday so I refrain from stealing the moment from him...so it was all about him. Well, it's always all about him anyway...if you get what I mean. LOL
Other than getting over 800 attacks in the Tribal Wars...things are pretty fine with me with and the IT Guy.
I just want to make a shout out here on his birthday!!!

At some point in our life, we have all been to those meetings where someone wants over 100%...and some people commits to delivering more than 100%.

So there folks! I've posted it! LOL
Some of you knows that I have several virtual pastimes...one is that text-based online game, Tribal Wars and the other one is casino online games, mostly poker!
I used to play poker a lot! Most of the time for fun and leisure...but since I started working on a night shift, I have not gone to the casino here for 2 years! Adding to that is when IT Guy got appointed to government office, that banned him from going there too...
But, there are no limits in possibilities so they say...so I just do it online. ;) I don't have to dress up...don't have to get into the car...I can do it in the convenience of my home in my nigh dress... Yes, I go to online casinos and play there! So far, things do work for me...
Also, it is good for people who are still learning the art of the game...just do them in moderation and for fun! :p

Job Performance Reviews!
Last week, I did my procrastinator's creed and I find it very entertaining...light and it felt good!
This week has been a bit jumpy for me...and things are just a little horrific at work. Though I'm thankful for getting a good job offer, I'm still praying for God's wisdom and guidance.
The job offer is about 2-3x of what I'm earning...they offer good benefits and all, yet I have to move to Manila, which is in another island.
IT Guy is not so agreeable with it since he is worried on how I will do my laundry and all...LOL I'm never used to any household chores...and I've always lived with my parents!
IT Guys is also working on his papers to move to Australia...so that is another option for me...for us. If I get to talk to that potential employer in Sydney, I'll have a different mix of options...and it will be more confusing!
I'm just to grateful that will all things happening, God has not failed to constantly support me by giving me options...even if it is just to point to me that despite all things are still better with me.
So, I will choose to worry on these things tomorrow or next week...or I'll just cross the bridge when I get there?
So for today, I'm doing another "fun" post....
