"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;
in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight."
- Proverbs 3:5-6
I'd like to thank to all you visited my site, to those who sent messages wishing me well... my throat still hurts but I'm better.
I have combined my Wordless Wednesday and Word Filled Wednesday today. This is an old photo I took in one of you tours in 2000. I need to check my old journal though to check on the exact place, my folders are in mess and I saw this one, with a text note in the folder saying Proverb 3:5-6. I may have wrote that down before for a reason...I checked the Bible, and there, a very beautiful verse resonating what's in the photo! I just can't help myself but share...

Great perspective on the landscape, the road is so straight, but still feels natural...
Beautiful photo and very encouraging verses! Thanks for sharing with us. Proverbs 3:5-6 are some of my favorite Bible verses. Thank God for the assurance that He will guide us as we look to Him! So glad you are better. May God continue to restore you. Remembering you in prayers. Hugs.
Such a wonderful verse, and picture. Glad you are feeling better.
What is so beautiful about the photo is that it is like a reminder that at the end of our journey, God is and will be there waiting for us to provide us with hope and comfort.
Beautiful visual!
Great picture. Hope your throat feels better soon!
The tree looks like a wonderful rendezvous.
Mariposa,
So glad you're feeling better. Great graphic!
Susan
Mariposa, good to see you're doing better. That was a great quote from the Bible; I actually sing a song based on it at church. We must sing it every year, because I had no problems remembering the music! :-)
I’m relieved to know you’re better and love this post! The image is perfect for the wonderful Biblical reminder … just lovely ;--)
Hugs and blessings,
oops ... forgot to mention I'm playing today (almost wordlessly) at Sacred Ruminations rather than Small Reflections.
Hugs and blessings,
I love this photo and verse! Happy WFW!
Pretty!
Hope you're feeling better.
