Waiting...

waiting for you is
like waiting the sun to come
after a long rain

waiting for you is
like waiting for the summer
when it's rainy days

faraway i look
to see if you are coming
but the rain comes - CLICK!

now all i'm left with
are mem'ries of the summer
we had together

holding them gently
locking them in my heart, as
the rain pours again

Happy (not so) Wordless Wednesday!

Wow. That looks idyllic and so peaceful and beautiful. The poem is lovely but sad... but then the picture captures the sense of perfection lost, I guess. Beautiful.

Btw, for those who clicked the photo, you will see a different photo with similar scene, the shot for the click through was taken few minutes after the first photo...

What a lovely sharing in this heart-felt poem that 'resonates' with anyone who has been separated from loved ones for any length of time ... and marvelous photo illustration!

Ah, I wish I was lounging in one of those chairs on the beach right this very minute!
