In Excess

Too much booze.
Too much food.
Too much drinks.
Too much fun.
Too much rain...then now too much sun!

Not enough sleep.
Not enough silence.
Not enough moments alone.
Not enough recovery time.

Whatever the reason, I just feel like a total C-R-A-P today.
