New Season, New Sink!

It's a Saturday and I've been up since 4AM. Oh well...

A friend is here in Cebu to do a training and later this morning we're heading to the beach to relax. So that means I have to do other pending items I have for the house now so I don't miss any of it and cause delays. Delays would always equal to panic mode days before Christmas and that equals to spending extra. I do not want to do that.

The house is due for repainting again. LOL What can I do I want to change its pain...and yes I can do that every 18 months.

I also want the interior of the kitchen improved. That means new paint, and some new furnishings and fixtures. Few minutes ago I was checking online for some stainless steel kitchen sinks. I think I need to get a new one for the kitchen. I've been wanting to do that but some preoccupations get in the way and now I am just determined to finally do it.

Not like other fixtures and furnishing where I get attracted to them and the buying influence is coming from its appearance for my kitchen sink I'm going to quality. Yes and I mean the real dimensions of quality - functionality, reliability, durability and what have you! I found a nice stainless steel kitchen sink and I'm going to show it later to the IT Guy for his opinion. That sink has the following features --
  • Certified High Quality 304 Stainless Steel Sinks
  • Heavy 16 Gauge Steel
  • Brushed Satin Finish
  • Thick Sound Dampener Rubber Pad
  • Fully Insulated
  • Cardboard Cutout Template Included
  • Hardware Included
  • Offset Drain 3 1/2" (89mm) Drain Opening
  • Lifetime Warranty
  • cUPC Certified (Unified Plumbing Code)
I think I'm going to buy this one!
