ChitChat with Little Pea

Her Royal Highness, Little Pea has shown interest in Mariposa's life and had asked the following questions;

1. What is your middle name?

My middle name is a name of a tree - Talisay. That is also a name of a city here in our province.

2. Speaking of names, are you named after anyone?

No
. I think it was through some divine intervention... :D

3. What do you think you may have been in a past life? Or do you even believe in all that stuff?

Harry Houdi
ni? LOL

The reason for that is, I always get out of tight spots.

4. Best day of your life: (fill in) And do you remember what you were wearing?

I believe I was in my birthday suit in those moments... :D

5. Does your job make you happy?
My job is just a challenging job! It taught humility, patience and it make me believe in miracle (add sarcasm
!).

But, it is delightful at times!

6. Have you ever been to Machu Picchu? If the answer is yes, I'm begging for whoever has to post pictures of Machu Picchu immediately because I've never been and I've always wanted to see.

Yes, I was 18 then. Here are some of the photos that I found from my archives.

One of the trails on the way to the Dead Woman's Pass...

View from the top of Dead Woman's Pass...

Background of the residential quarters...

The terraces...

Space invader house...

Through the window...

Another angle...

The Intihuatana...

This is the hitching post of the sun.
Inca astronomers were able to predict the solstices using the angles of this pillar.

Another view!

7. What did you dream last night? (and do you dream in color?)

I was dreaming about going to Europe to attend a meeting! And yes, it was colored!

8. Are you getting sick of my shark teeth posts?

Hell no! I love them! Always...

9. Tell me about something that scares you. (Ok just to be fair, I'm scared of spiders, clowns, and evil ghosts I'm pretty sure I've posted about that before.)

I have fear for small, closed spaces...(they call claustrophobia!)

10. Do you ever find yourself attracted to Dick Cheney? Ok I'm just kidding, I just wanted to see if anyone was still paying attention. Or answer if you want....

What?! :P

The Dead Woman's Pass is the highest point on the Inca trail..that is all I know...I was having a hard time understanding the guide that time...and that was 10 yrs ago. I think it was more on the belief of Incas...I will look for any old materials that I have and will get back to you... ;)

Silly, I think it's bec it looked like a dead woman... :P

When I went there, I was more in the old belief system of Incas...like that Intihuatana!
