Another Manic Monday

The weekend just disappeared like that?!

I was at the office Sunday 4pm 'til 4am. Then I had to attend a ABS-CBN The Morning Show. Yes, I was on TV early this morning with the City Mayor.

Later tonight, I will be receiving an award in behalf of the Company. 

While I've had a few hours nap this morning, I'm still trying to get some more... But honestly? Right now, I am just trying to see any manifestation that Monday has been cancelled! LOL 

Anyway...it's just another Manic Monday for Mariposa! A fun way of living 1/7th of my life.

Yes I made it! 

It's nice to be back doing some PhotoHunt.

This week's theme is UNKNOWN...and because this is last minute and I am just trying to catch up...I am recycling an old PhotoHunt.

I dedicate my post to all unknown heroes...all over the world.

It's 11PM from where I am and I am in my office. 

But I'm not complaining. :)

The Heat Is On

Another long day for me.

Despite the 2 hour sleep yesterday, I am still very wakeful. Too much coffee I guess!

So I turned on the TV. The heat is on! 

Then...I find myself alone in bed wondering how to bring myself to sleep. Just too many things in my head! Argghh

Right now, I am only sure of one thing. When faced by a big problem, finding solutions is the top priority. Finding blame and fault is not even necessary. 

It's Friday...and the heat is on! 

It's Just A Thursday

It's been awhile.
I'm not going to make any promise anymore.
I blog when I can blog. I blog when I have something to blog.

To say I am swamped is such an under statement.
While I have some good news...my mind can't wander from some issues at work.

But then...work will never be perfect. There will always be issues there.
It's just that for the past weeks, it seems that things are just falling apart and I dread the idea that I stretched the roped too long and allowed people too much freedom. Just when I want to put all my focus and energy towards the new facility, yes, we will be building our second call center here in Bacolod, I am pulled back in due to operational issues. So Mariposa is back...in Operations. It's going to be fun NOT!

No more details...I just wanted to rant a bit about it. Now I'm done.

On a personal note, I just purchased a house and lot. Yes, you read it right.
The house I have been renting for a year now is already mine. And it's a 4-bedroom room...and I love it.

I don't know what else to talk about on Thursday...
I don't look forward to Friday...I will be working on weekends anyway.
Not because I have to, but because I need to. Pfft!

Mariposa Is Back To Blogging

I guess some of you, if not all, sometime in their lives have tried waking up at the wrong side of bed.
Well, for my case, I woke up at the wrong side of my life!

Nothing serious...just one of those days.

So today I decided to go back to doing the things that I love to do.
Things that I used to do.
Things that define me...the ME!

Yes, I will start blogging again.
There will be several trips to the salon moving forward.
I am going to the gym...after 3 long years.
I will enjoy myself again.

Today...I was successful. I hit the gym for the first time in 3 years since I move here in Bacolod to head the Call Center.
