I have had bouts with insomnia all my life--I get a lot of my novel writing done while I'm lying there--at least my body is "at rest" and my mind is being productive. Otherwise, if I "fight" trying to get to sleep, I end up with one heck of a headache LOL.Wholly Burblehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09999272388164733321noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19227384.post-30557707778291267162008-01-15T23:44:00.000+08:002008-01-15T23:44:00.000+08:00Untidy? I force myself out of bed at 9:30 every morning if I'm slipping back into old habits, and it really helps. I do it whether or not I want to wake up, and my brain seems to realise that I need to sleep better the next night.Solomonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07893871234098568716noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19227384.post-53858335722871201732008-01-14T14:20:00.000+08:002008-01-14T14:20:00.000+08:00Can't seem to find the cure for sleeplessness.than...Can't seem to find the cure for sleeplessness.

thanks for stopping.

Till next the next mutteringsLe Butterflyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02970400265843560303noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19227384.post-90888611493449881852008-01-14T13:52:00.000+08:002008-01-14T13:52:00.000+08:00Yeah I've also had trouble sleeping these last few...Yeah I've also had trouble sleeping these last few nights.Sidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16378637266179966793noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19227384.post-7334138312822889382008-01-14T13:27:00.000+08:002008-01-14T13:27:00.000+08:00I hate that when I can't go to sleep.
